ImGen’s Commitment to Safety and Recovery

London, 9 December 2023 ImGen, a leading biotechnology company specializing in genetic research and the study of prehistoric life, would like to address recent events on Isla Nublar and provide an update on our commitment to safety, recovery, and continued research.

Recently, a tragic incident occurred at our facility on Isla Nublar, resulting in the unfortunate loss of several employees. Our thoughts and sympathies are with the affected families. We want to emphasize that the safety and well-being of our employees have always been our top priority, and we spared no expense in ensuring a secure and controlled environment.

It has come to our attention that a significant part of the incident can be attributed to a breakdown in our IT infrastructure. We are actively addressing the issue and taking steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. The responsibility for the disaster lies with our former IT engineer, who, unfortunately, was unable to fulfill his role adequately.

ImGen’s financial position remains strong, and we are fully committed to rebuilding our facility on Isla Nublar. In the coming months, we will not only enhance safety measures but also introduce friendlier and more controllable dinosaur species as part of our ongoing research and scientific advancements.

It’s important to note that all employees who were affected in the incident signed a waiver at the time of their employment, which explicitly stipulates that their estates will not pursue legal action against the company in the event of unforeseen incidents.

ImGen remains dedicated to pushing the boundaries of science and unlocking the secrets of the past. Our commitment to ethical research and the preservation of Earth’s ancient history is unwavering. We extend our gratitude to our loyal employees and partners for their continued support.

We understand that recent events have raised questions and concerns, and we are actively working to address them. Our resolve to advance the fields of genetic research and paleontology remains stronger than ever.
